Job Description
We are looking for a junior/senior performance marketer to fuel our digital marketing efforts. As a
Performance Marketer, you should be digital savvy, data-driven and results oriented. You enjoy
understanding a user’s digital journey and have key interests in analysing data to execute digital
marketing campaigns.
What you'll do:
Execute digital marketing campaigns across web, app, search, display and social advertising
to drive conversions on the portal, also work with external ads buy partners.
Manage weekly metrics reporting across digital channels
Manage end-to-end process of campaign creation, including the setting up of ad sets,
audience targeting, ad copy, creative review and bid adjustments
Continually review campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimise overall
spend and performance
Analyse business data to provide guidance and advice to improve sales by using internal
data warehouse reports for management and further analysis.
Identify trends and insights, keep abreast of new social media or web technologies, and
digital marketing trends
Implement these new technologies in developing new campaigns
Work closely with the co-founders and team directly to support and fuel up the growth.
Working Environment
Digital Marketing Executives work standard working hours in the office. They work from office unlike
sales executives since most of their work is based online. They usually don’t have to interact
face-to-face with customers and hence they will be able to dress casually in most of the companies.
Digital Marketing Executives are key to overall business performance being in a technology-driven
startup.
Career Progress
Successful Digital Marketing Executives can progress to senior digital marketing positions viz. senior
executive or Manager. It is possible to progress from being in charge of a particular digital product
to being in charge of the entire online marketing strategy for a particular company. It also includes
being a part of the vision for the company’s digital future.
Skills required
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing preferred.
Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords (SEM, Display) and Facebook
campaigns.
Operational knowledge with latest marketing or ad serving tools like AdWords Editor, Power
Editor would be advantageous
Working knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and a keen eye for data.
Able to work independently and is a self-starter.
Problem solver in a multi-tasking, fast-paced business environment.
A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Contract length: 12 months
