Head of Growth

Overview

Sigma School is the #1 online coding school that trains complete beginners into job-ready software engineers in a peer-to-peer concept. We're on a mission to bridge the skills gap between employers and employees with our unique and innovate learning model.

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Head of Growth to identify new growth opportunities, as well as optimizing the existing processes to ensure they are cost-effective and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Demonstrated expertise in PPC, SEO, social media, display advertising, etc.
• In-depth understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Matomo, Fathom Analytics, etc.)
• Knowledge of campaign management tools (Active Campaign, HubSpot. Mailchimp, Salesforce, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience in a growth/managerial role is a bonus

Requirements

1. Experience in an operational/leadership role.
2. Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
3. Good with numbers and financial planning
4. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
5. Problem-solving aptitude
6. Excellent organizational and leadership ability

Compensation

Base salary range: RM5k-7k/month + employee stock options

Extra compensation: Open to discussions on revenue-based compensation
