PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE (GERMAN FLUENCY REQUIRED)

JOB SCOPE

• Knowledge in Performance Marketing – To assist in optimizing the targeting of our English ads in German.

• Support in SEO – To professionally translate (from English to German) all of our outbound marketing collaterals, i.e. articles, social media collaterals, website texts, newsletters, video scripts, etc. to ensure they are SEO driven in terms of keys applied.

• Responsible for the translations (from English to German) of our official internal marketing communications as well.

• Responsible for market research in the DACH region. To be able to intelligently advise the Marketing team (based in Malaysia) on how to improve Cubeware's positioning in said market, to highlight local industry insights, it’s applicable regulations and cultural appropriation.

*** Managing and initiating Press Relations in the DACH region.

• Ideally: Someone with a technical background would be very beneficial in assisting the marketing team with the more complex and technical marketing collaterals.

• If you do not have this, as long as you have the determination to constantly grow and learn new things (especially in the tech space), we’d still be very happy to have you!

*EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• A degree in the field of Marketing
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in B2B marketing
• Knowledge in SEO and Performance Marketing
• Experience in planning and implementing marketing campaigns
• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English languages
• Able to professionally translate content from English to German
• Editorial communication skills - i.e. good copywriting skills
• Strong organizational skills, able to work independently after being briefed on tasks and can think intelligently on their feet
• Able to work easily and energetically with multi-national teams
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office products
• Desirable: Technical background or knowledge would be extremely beneficial to assist us with the more complex/technical collaterals
