• Design and implement A/B tests to optimize the user experience and drive growth metrics.
• Analyze data to gain insights into user behaviour and use these insights to inform growth strategies.
• Work closely with the engineering team to implement growth-related features.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in product-led growth and implement best practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a growth-focused role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Familiarity or keen interest in product-led growth strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
