The role

The successful candidate shall perform the following duties as determined by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company from time to time which shall include, without being limited to:

• Managing all aspects of product development and user experience for existing and new products

• Define and communicate product requirements and specifications by thinking creatively and rigorously about how to solve problems

• Enforcing customer centricity in the product development cycle

• Establish and implement the overall strategy and transformation in collaboration with C-level stakeholders, other product counterparts and functional teams for the group to enable measurable results for each country

• Deduce insights for our product strategy based on data and user feedback.

• Create effective project management frameworks and product analytics frameworks within the product function and the company.

• Work directly with the Chief Executive Officer in helping define the product growth vision and strategy

• Be a thought leader and drive impact throughout

• Lead the product roadmap and be able to define the what and why of what we’re building based on insights of our users and the market we operate in.

• Work with a team of designers and engineers to drive and iterate the product and deliver end to end product initiatives and releases.

Competencies

• Degree and above 10 years in product management

• Prior working experience in payment and fintech is a must

• Research and analytical skills

• Knowledge of accounting / legal / paralegal

• Excellent communication skills

• People management Skills
