We are seeking for a passionate and motivated Strategy & Product Analyst whose further strengthens our team and helps us achieve and grow even more. This is an unique opportunity for fresh graduates to be part of a team responsible for the development of company strategy and product improvement. This person will conduct research and analysis of the current and future industrial environment and lay out the strategic implications and actions for Ambi Labs. They will help coordinate and engage with different stakeholders to define, executive and measure the success of key strategic initiatives.

You should be able to work effectively by yourself, and as part of a team, and should possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Play a vital role in defining and supporting company strategic thinking and implementing critical initiatives
• Monitor and analyse the dynamics of the external industry environment
• Identify the problem through data collection, extracting insights and analyzing root causes
• Prioritize problems to be worked on and develop high level cost / benefit analysis
• Define the problem to allow an actionable solution, from defining success criteria, work with business units to develop solution hypotheses to develop high level testing of potential solutions
• Communicate back to key stakeholders and structure communications to drive action
• Support both short term needs and guide Ambi Labs’ long-term value creation strategies

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications at degree level in an appropriate discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
• Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, think creatively, generate and test hypotheses, and provide actionable recommendations
• Strong critical thinking skills including discernment, analysis, evaluation and judgement enabled by advanced business acumen, and experience with multiple business models
• Excellent project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently
• Technological enthusiasm
• Well-organized with a strong commitment to quality
