UX Designer/Product Manager- Research Role

Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
We are looking for a user-experience (UX) designer who will be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.

Responsibilities and Duties
Conducting User /Competitor Research
> mostly talk to our potential user including seller, customer and brand, to understand their needs and goals for WHY data,
to understand both consumer and seller behavior with psychological anaylsis and obersavtion skills
> to set the interview and survey guide for both quantitative and qualitative research
> might be able to create the UX tasks including attitudinal and behavioural test for potential user or internal teammates
"> take part in brainstorming sessions with different stakeholders to identify opportunities and refine features

> to define the most valuable users, their painpoints and possible features with the business objective

> to anaylsis and breakdown the information and well document the user profile by proto persona, user journey and user flow
> to understand our competitors and market trend with related field

Leading and Driving Team with Solution
> well collaborate with marketing and sales team with business direction and prioritization
> to draft the solution in readable wireframe and flow based on data facts and business requirement
> manage UI or design teammates, to ensure the usability, affordance with signifer for a better prototype design
> well communicate with developers based on data construction and ticket system, time limitation as we
> strong communication and presentation skills for ideation sessions
> might be able to conduct the usability and prototye testing
> understand of working in Agile process and its features

Skillset Requirement
> proficient in any prototyping tools eg. Figma, sketch and XD
> capable of data anaylsis and tracking tools, understand the data chart with well explanation
> Basic HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript is a plus
> Softskills on problem solving, able to source and define the problems and express your valuable view
