Project Coordinator

Responsibility and Duties:

Work closely with project manager and colleagues to ensure smooth operation on all projects and ad-hoc tasks
Monitor the progress of project deliverables and implementation
Support system and product rollout, deployment, and on-going support
Actively respond to customers’ enquiries
Create and maintain content for company’s digital presence
Manage and deliver product inventory
Provide technical training for customers or clients
Willing to travel to China for work

Qualifications:

Degree or above holder in medical science or medical engineering, or science / engineering related discipline
Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workloads
Strong teamwork, self-motivated, well organized, attention to detail and good communication skill
Willingness to work in a start-up environment
Strong engineering or medical knowledge background is preferred
Adequate with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro is preferred
1-2 year of working experience is preferred
Candidate with experience with more experience may be considered as Senior Project Coordinator
