As Business Operations Analyst you will be responsible for identifying, building and implementing tools that will enable us to operate efficiently as we scale. We’re looking for someone who wants to make a big impact right away and is excited about working in a fast shifting startup environment.

Responsibilities:-

-Help the business and operational teams analyze their current tools and research what is the best practice for scaling companies.
- Analyze different tools and identify the best one for Zendrive.
- Build Dashboards, measure KPIs/Metrics and build a roadmap for implementation.

Qualifications:-

-3-6 years of experience in Consulting or at a hyper-growth environment.
-Experience with SaaS / Insurance / Transportation companies is a plus.
-Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding aggressive targets in a dynamic environment- Strategic thinker, self starter with a strong competitive drive.
-Detail oriented yet able to “zoom out” and take strategic focus- Knowledge of Excel Macros, VB, Powerpoint, Automation tools required
