U Out is seeking a CEO with experience building a subscription-based business and at least have solid awareness of the restaurant & nightlife space. The company has been boot strapped to date by the original investors, but will need funding as our early growth continues. So, our CEO must have the skills and network to facilitate fund raising. The ideal candidate is someone that has had success exiting a company and looking for their next great opportunity. U Out is a fully-baked, viable product on both the mobile app side and the business platform. We have painstakingly built the platform and business model, so the new CEO would hit the ground running in taking U Out to market and driving our growth.
