Looking for Co-Founder who can fully run a podcast company by themself

I need someone who can manage the entire process from start to finsih. I will handle the content creation and recording, but I'm looking for someone who can

• Test monetization models (subscription, ads, sponsorship, paid guests)
• Ensure the podcast is edited in a unique way
• Spend the time listening through each episode and picking out 20 short-clips we can use on social media
• Create and manage our Insta/TikTok/Twitter (setting up a weekly schedule of content that posts our short clips)
• Create and manage our Youtube (both long form and youtube shorts)

What I'll contribute

• I can promise that I'll be able to interview top knotch guests with large followings. In my past I've interviewed the founder of twitter, board members of amazon, and I previously spent some time working at Facebook so I can bring in peopel from there too
• I'll bring in new marketing channels via partnerships with other popular brands
• I'll work with you over text on a weekly basis, we can also do a weekly check in call to make sure you're on track

To be clear, I want someone who can run this show. I will be the interviewer and find all the guest, but I'm expecting someone who can do everything else.

This is an unpaid position, we should both align towards the reality that we are a show starting from nothing. So, you will be given equity and expected to act as my co-founder. I handle the recording/interviews, I'll bring in top peopel from my network to contribute for our marketing, but you handle everything else. We will both be focused on #revenue, and we'll split the income
