The selected candidate will play an important role in achieving the company's revenue objectives. Job Description:
Candidates will be responsible for Data research, Lead Generation, prospecting and qualifying sales leads to support the Sales Team.
Identify and reach out to new business prospects/leads based on a pre-defined criteria.
Should be able to research target accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Be able to send personalized emails to target prospects
Follow up with the prospects on a regular basis.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further discussions and closure
Work with Sales Team to grow the sales pipeline
Build a leads database through market research of allotted territory.
Be very good at Google Search and obtaining the right information
Be technically savvy, understand and be competent with the understanding of various businesses and how they operate along with challenges faced
Should have the ability to assess customer requirements, identify business problems, and demonstrate solutions.
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements:
• Proven and Verifiable successful inside sales experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong research capability and ability to send personalized emails
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Experience working with CRM's
• Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must be aggressive and dynamic with a good attitude, always open to feedback and should be a quick learner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
