Technical & Application Support Specialist

We are looking for a Technical & Application Support Specialist (TASS) who is prepared to work in a dynamic startup environment, driving support processes and overall customer delight. Responsibilities
We are looking for a full-time Technical & Applications Support Specialist. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting of company’s SaaS applications and tools on remote/onsite systems, as well as install, manage and troubleshoot office network/routers and printers. An ideal candidate will have firm grasp of how the web/mobile devices work, operating systems, networking, and software products, programming and basic scripting.
