Business Development Representative

The Role
As Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities for our field sales team across the League product portfolio, including Group Benefits, Health Spending Accounts, Wellness Accounts, and Corporate Wellness offerings, across Canada, from our Toronto HQ. You will target senior decision makers at forward-thinking small and medium businesses to help them advance their corporate health and wellness offering.

What we are hoping to see in your background:
- General knowledge and experience within Sales, Human Resources, Benefits/Insurance or other relevant fields
- Experience in an outbound sales environment (cold calling, email and social outreach) an assetLead generation experience
- Experience using Salesforce.com (and/or other sales technologies) an asset
- You've leveraged tools and technology to strategically and efficiently
