We are a start up (into both services & product) looking for an HR to manage and streamline operations. Responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment. Understand recruitment policies and processes and hire the right talent. Conducting due diligence across the Industry and local market conditions and negotiating on compensation and benefits. Anticipate and create a pipeline of candidates for the firm.
2. Operations. Support the needs of the business and execute all day-to-day employee (part time and full time) transactions, as well as transactions with external vendors.
3. Payroll. Handle payroll of employees (both part time and full time). Handle basic financial transactions and vetting of invoices. Ensuring confidentiality.
4. On-boarding. On-board new employees and writers to the team. Conduct initial induction and basic training. Maintain knowledge repository. Also facilitate exit and relieving.
5. Engagement. Engage with employees and resolve queries wherever possible, and pass grievances to senior management for redressal.
6. Compliance. Ensure full compliance with the firm's policies and processes for all employees.
In addition, execute any practices that positively impact the functioning of the organisation keeping Human Resource at the center.
