Marketing Coordinator

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.

Responsibilities
Reporting to our VP of growth, the ideal candidate will:

• Coordinate with team to brainstorm strategies
• Develop and execute plans for marketing campaigns and events
• Develop marketing tools and create content (Ads, brochures, social media, newsletters...)
• Coordinate marketing plans and support staff
• Prepare detailed reports on all marketing activities
• Work with deal flow team to generate prospects and leads and research up-and-coming companies
• Translate decks, work with agencies and partners to deliver content & presentations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Marketing degree or equivalent marketing experience (minimum 2 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English);
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of all social networking platforms
• Basic graphic design
• Analytical, rigorous and able to manage several projects simultaneously;
• Autonomous, with a good work organisation;
• Passionate and committed;
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in tech and/or finance is an asset

Work Schedule & Other information

Full-time position
You will work from our super awesome office on Marie-Anne in the Heart of the Plateau in Montreal (PS we have the best)
