Pathway is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead our growth and conversion rate optimization.
This is a cross-functional role in which you'll be establishing and executing on a multi-channel growth strategy.
You'll be the first full-time growth marketer on the team. Your initial focus will be to build on our success scaling our highly rated search and decision support app for doctors.
You'll be an early team member and will help shape:

About Pathway
Pathway is an AI-powered medical knowledge platform that helps doctors make better, faster decisions at the point of care. We're creating the world's most technologically advanced medical knowledge base by using AI/ML to distill, structure and aggregate medical knowledge at scale.
We currently offer a mobile app that helps doctors make better decisions at the point of care (think of it as a "Google for medicine"). We have a NPS above 50, and about 60% of our users say they'd be "Very disappointed" if they could no longer use Pathway.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with CEO and with cross-functional team (engineering, design, product, marketing) to establish and execute on growth strategies.
- Manage existing paid user acquisition channels.
- Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition channels (e.g. referrals, content, ambassador program, affiliate/influencer marketing, partnerships, SEO).
- Analyze data to uncover areas for improvement across awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, referral and revenue.
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports and findings from experimental data to appropriate team members.
- Ideate on and help establish product features that help drive improvements in growth KPIs.
Requirements
- Ability to have authority over product development and suggest product changes that improve KPIs such as activation, conversion to trial rate, retention, referral, revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to build and iterate on compounding growth loops.
- Understanding of basic statistics and statistical modelling.
- Excellent understanding of product design and UI/UX principles.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch or Photoshop and ability to create wireframes / mockups.
- Extensive experience using product analytics (e.g. Mixpanel, GA).
- Avid interest in and understanding of behavioural psychology.
- Demonstrated skill in branding / positioning / storytelling.
- Demonstrated skill in CRO, copywriting, funnel marketing, A/B testing.
- Excellent understanding of the basics of growth channels (WOM/virality, Search, Social PPC, SEO, content marketing, display & retargeting, sales, PR, email marketing, partnerships), and highly proficient in at least 1 or 2 of these channels.
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
- Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.
- Knowledge of and ability to quickly learn third-party growth marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Leadpages, OneSignal, HubSpot, AppsFlyer).
- Basic understanding of HTML / CSS.
- 4+ years in growth marketing.
