The Role

Kwanzoo (www.kwanzoo.com) is a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company with corporate headquarters in the San Francisco Bay Area (Silicon Valley). Our Customer-facing teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Operations) work across multiple locations in the USA and India. Kwanzoo customers include Blend, MSI, as well as mid-market B2B brands and high-technology startups.

In this role, you would work with Kwanzoo's USA-Based marketing team across a range of tasks and projects - marketing, demand generation, sales account research, customer presentations, content pieces, social media, blog writing, newsletters, and more.

Prior experience with a B2B SaaS Software company, supporting global B2B enterprises

Sales Enablement

  • Ensure all Sales onboarding documents, and Sales collateral is up-to-date. Understand each piece of collateral and when it’s used in the Sales process.
  • Ensure each Salesperson (Inside Sales, Account Execs) has access to all sales, data and ordering tools.
  • Manage sales outreach tools, with regular loading of account and contact lists, and regular sales email cadence, as well as outreach via social media on behalf of multiple Sales reps.
  • Strong content writing skills to organize and finalize sales outreach emails, social outreach messages, to drive higher engagement.
  • Support our Marketing Operations manager to finalize and run marketing nurture emails, to different target audience segments.
  • Ensure all company sales processes are followed, so that live Sales CRO Dashboard, weekly Sales meeting reports are always up-to-date.
  • Work with Sales Ops to make necessary modifications and updates to Sales reporting and Dashboards in Salesforce CRM.
  • Ensure regular loading of account and contact lists, quality and accuracy of marketing data.

Content and Account-based (ABM) Marketing:

  • Work with CRO and the Sales and Marketing team to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and content are made available through various inbound (Website) and Outbound (marketing emails, paid media, social media, conferences, webinars, partners) channels.
  • Create marketing content, write blog posts, collaborate with CEO and marketing colleagues on e-books, presentations, webinars, how-to-guides, rate cards, SOWs and other areas as requested.
  • Work with marketing operations, assist with website updates, demand generation and other areas as needed when not engaged on sales enablement deliverables. Marketing Operations
  • Manage the Company's social media accounts, and ensure regular flow of content and updates to the larger market..

- Make necessary modifications and updates to Marketing reporting and Dashboards in marketing automation and Salesforce CRM.

  • Strong analytical skills to define account-based nurture segments (marketing and sales email nurture), measure marketing, sales and social performance metrics, drive for improvement.
  • Prior experience in B2B marketing (Marketing Automation, Website Analytics) a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, strong verbal and written communication skills, dependable.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in statistics, economics or any analytical field, or Bachelor’s in Engineering (International).
  • Bachelor’s degree in math, stats, economics (if reputed and accredited University in USA).
  • 2 to 4 years of Work Experience.
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS companies with marketing and sales teams.
  • Experience of implementing, optimizing and managing marketing automation, Salesforce CRM, sales outreach tools (SalesLoft Cadence, Outreach or similar) a plus.
  • Ability to independently lead, communicate and collaborate with multiple Marketing and Salespersons and work effectively with global teams across time zones.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 Business, G Suite by Google Cloud, Adobe Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro X (or equivalent software).

Location of Role:

  • Remote location across India acceptable for right candidate(s).
