Social Media Associate

Responsibilities

● Manage Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Linkedin pages for the
company
● Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original
text, photos, videos, and news)
● Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media,
design tools and applications
● Monitor conversations across social media and address important
mentions and comments in real-time
● Handle various project-oriented tasks as needed such as process
improvements, calendar development, and execution
● Facilitate communication with relevant internal and external marketing
partners; media schedules, social media schedules, partner
communications
● Designing end-to-end social media marketing campaigns and
strategizing brand building activities

Required Skills

● Bachelor’s and/or Master’s from an accredited university
● 1.5+ years of experience in a digital marketing team
● Effective oral and written communication skills
● Fundamental understanding of marketing tools such as Google
Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
● Fluent with basic reporting tools such as MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
● Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
