As we continue our mission to transform the travel industry, we’re looking for a Head of Data to manage a motivated and dynamic team and lead all efforts to establish a data centric first culture. This is a key leadership role with daily collaboration with our management team. We are looking for an excellent leader and will provide the freedom for you to innovate and implement your own ideas to support the company's goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage (set KPis, performance reviews, 1-1s, team meetings etc) and develop a growing team of analysts and engineers
• Manage Zizoo‘s Data, developing and maintaining a data governance model, in close relation with Tech
• Manage, execute, monitor and report on progress on key projects to the management team
• Design detailed action plans to tackle key strategic items in the Data function
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define, plan and execute against plans
• Ensure 100% accuracy of our reports/dashboards at all time
• Ensure Zizoo is compliant with all the latest data regulations across our relevant markets
• Develop our advanced data capabilities e.g. Data Science
• Be the main evangelist of Data in all layers of the company to make Zizoo a fully data driven organization

Skills and Capabilities:

• 5+ years experience with data pipelines, data warehouse, data analytics management
• 2+ years data science and/or machine learning management experience
• Team management and coaching experience with at least 2 years managing teams of 10+ persons incl. analysts and engineers
• Proven capabilities in leadership, building data reporting, analytics and data engineering
• Proven record of managing experimentation pipeline for product, driving test ideation, implementation and reporting
• Ability to translate business needs to analytical requirements
• Product Analytics (Google Analytics, GTM, A/B test tools such as Google Optimize or Optimizely), fluent in Python and SQL (any type)
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, BigQuery)
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
