Tasks
Your responsibilities in our team

• As one of our first Data Scientists it is your challenge to identify opportunities, develop new hypotheses and ways to test and validate them, ultimately driving their implementation and measuring the impact.
• You will be a key player in our cross-functional teams, envisioning and finding new ways to increase our growth efficiency with all domains and deliver real impact on the customer and product through data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to continually solve complex data problems and enable all the teams to measure success and reach their goals by developing and identifying relevant user and business metrics.
• Work with cross-functional partners to spot opportunities early on and develop data-driven proof of concept as well as recommend prioritization of product, growth, and optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in proactively researching business problems and identifying those problems that will have the most business value once solved.
• Big Picture Thinking - with a passion for spotting the “what-ifs” relevant to our business and generating your own questions and hypotheses as well as tests to validate them.
• Having previously worked with large chunks of consumer data and developing initial models, segments and data structures.
• Data Platform Experience - Have you worked with Y42 or any other Full-Stack Data platform in the past? It will definitely come in handy now!
• A university degree in a highly technical, numerate subject (e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Economics).
