The role
As a Technical Account Manager you will be responsible for the management of multiple campaigns from set up to completion, optimizing and trouble shooting challenges. You will work as part of the Client services team where you will work with agencies, partners and clients directly from our Chicago office.
This role focuses on client interaction and guiding them to exceed their goals when using the Blis technology suite to facilitate their marketing needs. The role reports to our Senior Technical Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
Own the day-to-day management of the client engagement
Main point of contact for all inquiries and deliverables
Join in-person client meetings, providing activation ideas
Oversee internal client account operations
Develop data-based insights to guide KPI strategy and activation
Produce reporting & conduct weekly client performance review meetings
Identifying optimization opportunities for KPI improvement
Create and present post campaign analysis & quarterly business reviews
Orchestrate the month end billing reconciliation
Collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams
Maintain internal pipeline systems to reflect actualized monthly budget splits
We’d like someone with
Programmatic and/or mobile experience
Comfortable participating in client-facing meetings
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Elementary knowledge of client and programmatic success metrics
Works well both within a team and individually
Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks
Strong Excel and Power Point skills
Ability to problem solve and analyse data sets from various platforms
MOAT, IAS, DCM, Ad Servers, DSPs
Technically inquisitive and commercial acumen
