The Role

Agentero is looking for a sales development manager.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded, high energy and positive person who is curious, resilient and determined to make a difference.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership for building top-of-funnel sales opportunities for our account executives by sourcing and qualifying business prospects
    • Manage a high volume of activities
    • Critically evaluate our sales process and give us feedback on what resonates with customers and what doesn't
    • Collaborate closely with the rest of the growth team to ensure success down-funnel and better inform lead generation activities based on deals won and lost
    • Experiment and iterate to create high-impact customer introductions explaining our services
    • Meet monthly and quarterly quotas

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of inside sales experience ideally in a startup setting
  • Ownership mindset demonstrating drive, initiative, and a sense of urgency
  • Process-oriented mindset, identifying patterns and capitalizing on them
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation solutions
  • Strong communication skills
