The Role

Job Description

Savage Ventures is seeking an experienced Account Manager to work closely with the sales, marketing, and operation teams to ensure client deliverables across video content, branded content, media, experiential, email, and new revenue channels spanning Savage Ventures brands, including American Songwriter and Total Frat Move, are fulfilled for our brand partners. The Account Manager is a key member of the revenue team who will be responsible for the successful execution of our Brand Partnership campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with sales leaders, operations teams, and product marketing teams coordinating the execution of client campaigns.This person must be a flexible, cross-functional team player comfortable with a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead post sales client relations, including campaign planning, launch, and execution
  2. Work closely with sales, operations, production, and project management teams to lead the post sales for Brand Partnership campaigns and ensure deliverables are met
  3. Facilitate with the creation of media plans, optimization of campaigns, and development of billing/invoices
  4. Develop compelling post sales case studies and wrap reports with Analytics, and Brand Partnership teams
  5. Coordinate with the Operations team on campaign reporting, pacing, and performance analysis Partner with Sales to create up-sell and renewal opportunities for existing clients

Qualifications

-1-3 years of relevant professional experience; ideally with at least 1 year of experience within the media/entertainment industry in a Sales support or Account Management role
-Experience working with brands at a publisher, agency, or similar digital first company
-Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
-Familiarity with data orientation and use of data tools, e.g. Excel, Google Analytics, and social media channel tools
-Knowledge of online research methods, 3rd party research tools, and understanding of the facets of online advertising and ad metrics
-Ability to effectively manage project lifecycle through project management tools, including Asana and Slack
-Customer service orientated with experience in a client-facing capacity
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
