Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing human resources functions and administrative processes within our organization. The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational requirements.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to employee development initiatives.
Handle employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the selection of qualified individuals.
Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are integrated seamlessly into the organization.
Employee Development:
Identify training and development needs, and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and career development.
Administration:
Manage employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.
Compliance and Reporting:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (X years) in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Human Resources Management (e.g., PHR, SPHR).
Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Compensation:
The selected candidate will receive compensation in the form of tokens or equity until specific company milestones are achieved. Details of the compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.
