We've built a very powerful prospecting and email-outreach platform that has been in development for 2 years now. Our strongest sales pitch is that we can completely replace a full time, SDR/BDR hire with our services.
We are a bootstrapped company with a market validated service. We have a platform that works, clients that pay, and plenty of available market to go after. We need help scaling!
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious sales persons with entrepreneurial spirit to learn what really happens at a startup. You will be working directly with Russell Taylor, Founder & CEO to help grow Hello Outreach and provide support services to our clients.
Goal of this Position
Setting meetings for our Sales Team!
Communicating with prospects via email and linkedin. Follow up with, nurture, and set meeting with prospects that have responded to our outreach campaigns.
You will be the final human piece of our “meeting setting” machine, whose ultimate goal is scheduling a lead for a phone call or conference meeting.

Requirements
- 100% fluent in English
- Previous experience doing sdr/bdr work in a sales setting.
- Availability must be US/CA hours.
Task that will be performed
- Checking email accounts multiple times a day to see if we have hot leads.
- Responding to people answering questions they might have about our services.
- Using scheduling software to set meetings.
- Following up with prospects to make sure that they will show up for a meeting.
- Researching our clients to understand their business/products so that you can act as a sales person.
- Qualifying leads to make sure they are high value

Compensations
This is a contract to hire position with a base salary of $1K-2K/month. Bonuses will be paid on successful meetings set. Bonuses can bring in and additional $1-2K/month. Contract period will end at 30 days and candidate will become a full time position if expectations are being met.

You are going to get daily, practical, first hand experience on what it means to launch startups and make them profitable. Most of our clients are new companies that need help launching or scaling and they are relying on us to figure out their “top of funnel” strategy. If you have aspirations to become a rock star in Marketing or Sales, this is the place to get your street creds.

Account Executive: Learn how to sell our product on the phone and you can be closing deals for us.
Account Manager: Learn how we build and launch campaigns and you can be helping us manage clients.
