Apollo DAE, Inc. is about awareness, inclusion and empowerment. We aim to make people aware of blockchain technology and crypto assets, provide a path for inclusion into the new economy through the exchange and future products and finally empower them with the right tools to benefit from the new economy.
We currently operate as a distributed team, and Apollo team members are located all over the world. This means you will need to operate over multiple time zones, and we will require some flexibility from you regarding this.
Role:
Apollo is currently seeking a Security Architect. You will take charge of all security related matters in our company as we continue to grow. This is an opportunity for someone with significant experience to join a growing company and gain experience working in an exciting, rapidly evolving sector of the security industry.
Responsibilities:
Examine code that is written, integrated and utilized at Apollo: to assess technical quality, reliability, security and performance. Must ensure code is production ready.
Find bugs and propose solutions.
Plan the roll-out process and the sequence of new systems and platforms. This includes preparing engineering plans & instructions.
Establish processes to review implementation of new technologies to ensure security compliance and potential impacts to the firm’s overall security.
Stay abreast of industry trends & security issues as well as regulatory changes affecting the financial services industry.
Coordinate and track all information and security related audits including scope of audits, timelines, auditing agencies, and outcomes.
If there is a knowledge gap in our developers understanding of security issues within the infrastructure: provide the training required.
Any extra tasks specific to Apollo’s infrastructure and information security within reason.
