We are hiring for an experienced Digital Marketer to market a new product venture in the field of conversational interfaces (chatbots). A lot of groundwork is already done and private beta version of our product will be released soon.
You will be an integral part of the marketing team, acting with significant levels of autonomy and responsibility. Candidates for this position should be excited and informed about relevant technologies and digital landscape, have skills and demonstrated ability in areas of digital marketing, be driven to identify and solve problems, and have an innate compulsion to build useful things and companies (and some understanding of the processes and challenges involved in doing so).
Job Description:
You will own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, white-papers, ebooks, case studies, webinars, infographics, etc.).
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
- Optimise our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- This role requires attention to detail, and project management skills.
- It will be a plus to have familiarity with marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
- Some past experience in marketing preferred.
