Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the endtoend recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
  • Personality Assessment: Evaluate candidates based on their personality traits and cultural fit.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Verification Strategies: Implement effective background check and verification processes for new hires.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize HR related documents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Excel Management: Maintain and update HR related databases and spreadsheets using Excel.
  • Email Management: Efficiently handle and organize incoming and outgoing emails related to HR activities.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, managing employee relations, performance reviews, and feedback.
  • Confidentiality: Upholding the highest standards of confidentiality for sensitive information while strictly adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Policy Development: Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and organizational efficiency.
  • HR Analytics: Utilize HRM tools and analytics to track key HR metrics and drive datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and ethical standards to mitigate risks.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage and optimize compensation, benefits, and reward systems to attract and retain talent.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with senior management, employees, and external partners.
  • Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRM tools, analytics, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strategic mindset with a handson approach to HR operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic startup environment.
