About the role swivl is hiring a senior engineer to help us build and maintain our omni-channel communication integrations. This platform integrates various communication channels such as voice, chat, email, SMS, and other emerging channels to provide seamless interaction between businesses and their customers. As a member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for owning and advancing this critical component of our service offerings.

It will be this hire’s job to design, build, and maintain scalable and robust communication systems. You will lead the architecture discussions and planning to enhance platform capabilities and performance. In doing so, you’ll evaluate third party products and tools relating to VoIP, Voice and Video to develop solutions for our products' features.

You will

  • Lead the Omni Channel development team, overseeing the design and delivery of all of the communication channels within the swivl platform.
  • Design and build voice systems (VoIP) and ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Manage and Monitor performance and health of all the communication channels.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of product development from conception to deployment and support.
  • Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources.
