The Role

You will join our small but impactful recruiting team as one of the first recruiting hires! We’re looking for someone to take the end-to-end ownership of sourcing and engaging with candidates while also stepping into coordinator's shoes, managing and organizing our recruiting process. Our recruiting team is a critical driver of Assembled’s success, and you will be playing a key role in identifying and engaging top talent, supporting our growth by building a robust talent pipeline, and ensuring our recruitment operations are seamless.

This is an excellent role if you are at the early stages of your career in recruiting, with a particular interest in sourcing, and are eager to expand your skills and knowledge in these areas to quickly advance in your career!

Responsibilities:

  • Finding and attracting top talent: You will join the team's effort in developing and executing sourcing strategies, identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels. Your efforts will be critical in building a robust talent pipeline for Assembled for both GTM and technical roles.
  • Crafting effective outreach messages: You will develop and refine targeted outreach strategies to engage active and passive candidates, utilizing A/B testing to optimize response rates and attract top talent.
  • Improving candidate experience: As often the first point of contact, you will provide candidates with information about the company and the hiring process, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience with Assembled.
  • Streamlining recruitment coordination: You will take full ownership of the recruitment coordination, including managing the scheduling and organization of interviews, ensuring the recruitment process is efficient and candidate-friendly.
  • Building relationships: By working closely with our founders and team, you will help refine our recruiting playbook, focusing on sourcing and coordination strategies.

About you:

  • You've put in the work: You have 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, with at least 1 year of experience sourcing for GTM and technical roles in a start-up environment.
  • You don’t give up: You have the grit, determination, and tenacity needed to push through roadblocks within highly unstructured environments.
  • You’re an organization enthusiast: You are a process-driven systematic person who has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000 per year. The base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options are provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
