The Role

About Us:

Shopgenie is a fast-growing, early-stage startup on a mission to revolutionize marketing automation for auto shops. Our platform empowers auto shop owners to streamline their marketing efforts, drive customer engagement, and boost business growth. We are a passionate and dynamic team full of car enthusiasts looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our incredibly talented customer success team.

About You:

You are an early-career stage, driven, people-person with strong interpersonal communication skills. You strive to deliver an overwhelmingly positive experience with those you interact with and understand how to de-escalate or resolve conflict when appropriate. You work well in a team, are comfortable in ambiguity, are highlight coachable, and are excited by the idea of being a part of a high growth technology startup that is bettering the lives of small businesses all over the country.

** Bonus: Experience or affinity for the automotive industry is a plus but not required.

Following onboarding, this role will include owning your portfolio of customer accounts, including but not limited to these responsibilities:

Onboard, train, and support new customers joining the Shopgenie platform
Assist customers in the migration from legacy systems to our updated platform, including replicating and improving existing campaigns.
Educate owners on industry best practices
Support owners in their day-to-day execution of customer experience and marketing strategy on the platform.
Review and approve blasts and campaigns for shops
Inform customers of product updates, and guide them through our expanding platforms.

Qualifications:

Strong Interpersonal communication skills.
Self-driven, with an innate desire to deliver outstanding results.
Thrive in ambiguity, and willing to help where help is needed.
Experience with customer service of any kind is appreciated.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Excited at the idea of being in a high-impact role at a mission-driven startup.
