The Role

We’re looking for a passionate Community Platform Manager to work closely with our Senior Social Media Strategist and assist in content creation efforts, social media initiatives & project management. This person should be an enthusiastic team player with excellent creative instincts, organizational skills and a knack for making content that engages. Candidates should be flexible, energetic, and hands-on.

You’ll closely support our Instagram (500k+ followers), Facebook (475k+ likes), and Twitter (20k+ followers) accounts and learn the ins and outs of running several social media channels for an established brand. You won’t be doing coffee runs and photocopying here - your day to day work will be seen and you will make a real impact on the bottom line for our business.

We are looking for someone for a six month contract or full-time.

You will:

  • Ideate, film, and edit engaging social media videos
  • Post and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X
  • Monitor feedback and engagement on our posts and reply, nurturing further engagement and brand love
  • Stay abreast of social trends and pitch concepts that capitalize on these trends and other cultural tailwinds
  • Pitch potential creator partnerships based on what’s resonating with our audience and our overall brand strategy
  • Track success via analytics tools (Meta, HootSuite, etc.) and provide valuable insights to refine strategy and content creation plans
  • Participate in local production shoots with the Creative Team, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration
  • Coordinate sample ordering for social creative shoots
  • Actively engage with third-party accounts to enhance brand awareness through interactions.
  • Must join the team 3+ days per week at our NYC office

The ideal candidate

  • Has 3+ years related work experience
  • Has a passion for social media and trends, with a proven ability to create engaging video content
  • Has experience with social media analytics tools
  • Is comfortable behind the camera, and in front of it
  • Possesses excellent video and photo editing skills
  • Is familiar with standard social media best practices (optimized tagging, title descriptions, hashtag usage & thumbnail selections)
  • Takes initiative and is able to work independently or with a team
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Experience creating social media content for marketing
  • Having your own active social accounts with an engaged following
  • A personal interest in Bespoke Post products

Compensation and Perks:

  • Pay rate of $65,000 - $70,000
