Product Management Intern

Floindex Ventures LLP is looking for an Intern - Product Manager to join our new team working on a stealth product. You will work with a US return tech founders to help advise a comprehensive product strategy from product conception and definition through end of life.

As one of the earliest hires in the new Product team, the role will have tremendous impact in the the design and roadmap of product and for the team. This role will function as a central resource with design, development, quality, testing of product suite. Activities will include hands-on engagement with engineering lead to assist development of new capabilities, delivery teams to support client engagements. In addition, this individual will monitor ongoing product capability and formulate and implement long-term plans for cost/profit control and promote use of new technologies and industry-leading trends.

*Internship details: *

Paid Intenrship Role - 40 hours/week work dedication during summer and breaks, 20-25/week during the semester.
If you can work full time after summer - role will transition into a permanent full time role at the end of summer.

*What you will need: *

• Pursuing a degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Technical Business or equivalent
• Knowledge of tools such as Figma, MS Suite preferred
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities
• Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to step up
• Eagerness to learn and strong problem-solving skills

What will set you apart:

• Development Experience or Excellent Coding Skills
• Experience with Business Object Tools (Examples: Zoho, Salesforce, Splunk, Amazon Quicksight)
• User Interviews Experience
