The Role

EagleOwl is a seed-funded restaurant technology product with top-notch restaurant brands across 6 Indian cities. We are obsessed with superlative customer experience and we are looking for a CSM to enrich our customer experience. You will have all the technical support at your disposal to serve our clients in the best fashion.

What you will do:

1. Handle customer issues and train users, onboard new accounts.
2. Keeping Product documentation up to date
3. Use product regularly, test and file bugs with engineering team
4. Identify usability issues
5. Prioritise and pass on feature requests from customers to engineering - You are the bridge
6. Prepare analytical reports and derive insights.
7. Meet/talk to customers periodically, review and collate product feedback.

Required Skills:

* 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in a SaaS product.
* Good analytical skills, proficient in Excel.
* Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Be a self-starter who can prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
* Ability to stretch beyond official call of duty and do what it takes to thrill customers
