What You'll Need:

  • Experience in Marketing or Advertising or related project experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Marketing or Communication
  • Experience working in a professional environment performing administrative tasks and general knowledge of Microsoft Office. Customer service experience a plus.
  • Strong personal management, collaboration, communication, time management, and organization skills.
  • Detail-oriented, persistent follow-up, resourceful, and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • Driven with a strong desire and excitement to learn.
  • Strong ability to work with others in a collaborative and respectful manner.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Must Have:

  • Minimum Experience required:

    • 2+ years of Marketing/Agency experience
    • Understanding of marketing principles
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Solid understanding of project management foundations – highly organized, communicative, resourceful
    • Strong problem solving skills

What You'll Do:

  • Lead resourcing across internal departments – Data, SEO, Social Content, Paid Media and Client Services
  • Source contractors, create vendor agreements, scheduling interviews and supporting the contractor onboarding process.
  • Facilitate product ownership and process documentation
  • Guides department heads and project managers through estimation process for new client work
  • Influence operational processes and maintaining procedural documentation and organization of files.

The hiring salary range for this position will be $60,000 - 70,000 / year

This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations

This position will have a hybrid schedule based out of our San Diego, CA headquarters
