**Who are we looking for?

You’re a dynamic Livestream/Video Producer with strong livestream and video editing skills — and you love creating content for a highly technical audience. You will be part of our Events and Agency divisions, working alongside our event services, account services, marketing, and creative teams.

What will you be doing?

The Livestream Producer will ensure the organization, preparation, and completion for all phases of virtual event livestream production.

• Staging and Testing Streaming Platform
• Staging In-House Studio and Testing All A/V Equipment
• Scheduling and conducting Dry Runs and Technical Checks
• Scheduling and conducting Pre-Recorded content
• Coordinate Creation of Motion Graphic Backgrounds, Motion Graphic Transitions, and Speaker Lower Thirds
• Create and Update the Run of Show
• Finalize Event Music Tracks
• Provide Embed Codes
• Event Day Livestream Operation
• Event On Demand Video Post-Production

Other cross-functional aspects of the role include:

• Work cross-departmentally on video editing projects across multiple styles of video production
• Ability to create custom motion graphics or work from motion graphic templates
• Assist with local video shoots
• Assist in pre-production processes such as script writing, storyboarding, shot-listing, etc.
• Ship equipment for domestic/international remote video projects
• Organize and Archive video projects, footage, etc.
• Maintain care,organization inventory of in-house video production equipment

What are the required qualifications?

• Preferably 2+ years Video Editing experience and/or Video Production experience.
• Highly organized
• Ability to remain composed, collected, and level-headed in pressure situations
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to communicate and give clear and concise direction when working with speakers/talent
• Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback
• Proficient in Wirecast, Vimeo, and Adobe Creative Suite (Specifically Premiere Pro, Illustrator and After Effects), and Google Suite
• Must be local to San Diego. Must be able to work flexible hours in office, including weekends, nights and early mornings.

Where are we?

CovalentCreative is a distributed organization whose team members primarily work remotely. This role will be required to work in-office with flexibility later on. We have an office within beautiful Old Town, San Diego. Our office space is also home to an incredible in-office studio where we Livestream, film education, host interviews, and do product photography!
