Business & Marketing Associate

The right candidate loves to communicate, meet new people, and provide great experiences that unlock growth in business, personal development, health, relationships, fun, and contribution. You are capable of multi-tasking and committed to Junto’s mission.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keep current the company analytics and scorecard
• Forum Success including follow-up & making different tools
• Support with member on-boarding
• Social media posting
• Support Sales Process
• Make sure you are following up on emails, primarily leads, etc.
• Learning to build systems, update systems,
• Help planning, promoting, and executing experiences
• Help planning, promoting, and executing communication

Required:

• At least 2 years of professional working experience
• A Bachelors degree
• Ability to come into the office located in San Diego, CA
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude

Details, Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting Salary: 36-50k ( + ) depending on experience and expertise for 40-50 hours/week.
• While not necessarily working all of these hours, you must be available between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm PST for certain responses
• Minimum: 2 years of professional experience
• Bonuses: Generous
• Vacation: Generous
• Benefits: A wellness stipend will be provided to use towards health insurance, gym memberships, etc.
• G-Suite: Advanced knowledge of G-Suite products, Expensify, Quickbooks, Mailchimp, CRMs
• (or be a very quick learner of these tools)

NOTE: This position is full time and in office.
