Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a results driven and efficient Project Manager to join our distributed technical team and monitor & maintain all aspects/deliverables of projects or sub-project from conception through to shipping. Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of project resources, scope, schedule and budget. The successful candidate will be working remotely with our distributed project teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the project within the schedule and budget plan
• Ensure all teams’ pipeline has high efficiency and correct prioritization
• Ensure that teams’ backlog is of high quality, visible and transparent to all stakeholders
• Manage your team’s priorities, roadmap and dependencies
• Implement processes to create an environment for optimal team performance
• Trigger and follow up continuous improvement within your team (or even the entire company)
• Ensure the project delivery speed and quality
• Plan and manage resources to achieve the deliverables
• Foresee and monitor any gaps or issues, leverage any internal or external resources to solve those.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of software development project management experience
• Strong technical background
• Experience in working in an agile development environment such as SCRUM or Kanban
• Extremely data driven and able to justify decisions with numbers
• Results driven, getting-things-done work attitude
• Excellent communicator and be able to use these skills to work with a multi-cultural team and collaborate with remote colleagues
• Must be a self-starter, organized and exhibit excellent analytical skills
• Working knowledge of modern management tools such as google docs, - - Jira, Confluence, scheduling tools, etc.
• Task management focus and ability to operate independently critical Capable of handling multiple projects of various sizes simultaneously.
