Full-Time Remote BDR Sales Role in fast growing digital marketing agency


We are looking for an experienced remote Business Development Representative to join our sales team. You will help us grow by taking care of inbound leads, booking meetings with prospective clients, and other contact requests that come through marketing channels.

This is a fully remote position but it is preferred that you are in a similar time zone to Ireland as that will be the market you’ll be working on. We are also looking for people to cover the US and Canadian market, specifically the Eastern Time Zone.

The Roadmap is a full service marketing agency with over 250 clients and a fully remote team growing quickly in the Irish and US markets. Attention, what we do really works and we have all the proof to show clients. This is why we have over 250 clients in the few years we have been in business. Our services provide clients with a ROI and we truly do believe in educating and helping small businesses grow online (and offline).

What You’ll Do:

  • Reach out to all leads using our easy to follow strategy with the goal of setting up consultations for the senior sales team
  • Reach out to them via Aircall, email, and social to book meetings with potential prospects
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate forecasts.
  • Document all activities within our Hubspot CRM maintaining flawless data management.
  • Be tenacious. Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
  • We have monthly quotas which must be met
  • Learn and develop into the role of being a senior sales executive

Requirements

What You Should Have:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Fluent in English
  • We are scaling our sales team, so you'll be successful if you are able to onboard yourself quickly and have a go-getter, hands-on attitude.
  • We're looking for an empathetic salesperson who is a good listener and can adapt well to change.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
  • Proficient in using platforms such as Linkedin and Hubspot CRM (or be a quick learner)
  • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements

This is a contractor position (payment/hour).

Annual Salary: EUR 37,000 (base salary + commissions structure + bonuses)
