About the Role
Kaymbu is seeking an experienced, inspired, self-driven Enterprise Account Manager interested in joining a thriving, fast-paced edtech startup that is committed to helping early childhood educators and families connect in a meaningful way to drive positive outcomes for all children.
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will work closely with some of Kaymbu’s largest prospects and current customers, serving as an expert in the product, its functionality, and how its usage can dramatically impact their program. You will develop a network of relationships with key senior-level leaders and decision-makers of some of the largest early childhood organizations across the country. Tactically, this means creating and delivering presentations to C-level leadership teams, designing compelling and detailed implementation plans, developing and hosting training for different stakeholders within those organizations, and collaborating with other departments in rolling up your sleeves to investigate technical questions.
This role will require a balance of deep system knowledge with a strong understanding of the early childhood landscape and the ability to empathize with our partners and the challenges they face. This role will also require the ability to be agile and flexible, pivot quickly, take initiative to identify and solve problems independently, seek out and apply feedback, collaborate across departments in the company, and constantly iterate on processes to best serve our customers.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a network of relationships with key, high-level stakeholders at large public and private early childhood organizations
- Design and deliver effective and compelling product sales presentations
- Develop custom, high-caliber sales collateral as needed to close deals
- Create custom, robust implementation plans based on customer’s capacities and needs
- Lead custom product training sessions to a variety of stakeholders
- Collaborate with the product team to advocate for product enhancements as the voice of our largest customers
- Travel up to 15% may be required.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ experience selling or working with an education SaaS product
- Experience with Enterprise Account management
- Demonstrated ability to uncover client needs, consult and propose solutions to meet customer needs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Comfort speaking to large groups or to a range of stakeholders clearly and convincingly
- Strong organizational and project-management skills
- Very comfortable developing relationships and building rapport virtually
- Attention to detail and a propensity to sweat the small stuff
- Fluency with a CRM, Google Office suite, video conferencing software and other technology-based productivity tools
