About the Role:

You’ll be a good match for the CTO role team if you're a star engineer and are excited about transforming healthcare in Canada.

You Will:

• Execute, build upon, and scale the business’ product and technology vision. This touches all core modules of our product including:
  • Patient Care Platform
  • Medical Provider Platform
  • Health Records
  • Pharmacy Platform
  • Lab Platform
• Own all technical architecture and development. Assume accountability for the design, implementation, and evolution of all systems.
• Build and lead a high caliber team. Facilitate recruitment, retention, and professional development of “A” player early hires across all technology profiles.

You Have:

• Experience designing and building large and complex (yet maintainable) systems, and you should be able to do so in about one-third the time that most competent people think possible.
• Strong work ethic, with a track record of working 70+ hours per week because you are so passionate about your work.
• Experience with React, Node, GCP, and other technologies.
• BS in Computer Science or the equivalent.
