Position Overview
Our Revenue Operations team is on a journey to simplify and empower our go-to-market teams to do their best work in as effortless a manner as possible.
The Revenue Operation Generalist is critical to making that happen. Operations is the drumbeat of the Revenue teams and the successful candidate will be a core member of the Revenue Team, supporting our Sales, Customer Success, and Solution Consultant team to ensure we optimize their time and ensure optimal and smooth operations.
What you'll be doing:
Reduce Friction and Inefficiency Through Process & Communication
- Drive and contribute to projects that reduce friction and inefficiencies
- Take on non-selling activities from sales and solution consultant teams to free them up to sell and take on not customer facing activities from customer success teams as needed to free them up to maximize their time with customers.
- Be the EMEA office’s eyes and ears for the Rev Ops team members in Vancouver and Portland and share best practices, improvement ideas, and learnings.
- In conjunction with Operations and other department partners, co-gather technical requirements, collaborate with the team to define solutions, build them, and thoughtfully manage change management through enablement and communication
- Improve user experience, solve technical issues, formulate creative solutions, and ensure data cleanliness and data accuracy across the Salesforce and other tools.
Support Bookings & Revenue Through Programs
- Support pipeline-generating and Revenue-generating program's operational tasks, such as list building, SF management and tracking and reporting
Provide Actionable Insights Through Data and Analytics
- Data and insights are key to this role. Advanced knowledge in Excel (or other data tools)
- Ensure all data is connected, captured, and accurate
- Able to provide the business with actionable insights from the data
Design for Scale Processes, Systems, and Tools
- Work alongside the Revenue Operations team in Vancouver and Portland to develop a globally cohesive approach to effectively manage priorities, projects, and programs with key stakeholders in EMEA
- Develop a deep understanding of various business unit processes
- Assess the impact of new processes, systems, and tools and thoughtfully manage change management.
- Quote to Cash improvement project
You have:
- 3+ years in Sales Ops, Customer Success Ops, or Marketing Ops, ideally with a focus on sales processes and tooling.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate, align and communicate
- Understand operational urgency and responsive
- Proven track record in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes via technology and integration
- Salesforce experience is must. Additional nice to haves: experience with our broader GTM tech stack, including Marketo, Salesloft, Dealhub, Gong, and LeanData
