The Role

About the Job:
Join Pitstop, a revolutionary wellbeing app that optimizes men’s performance in life. Our app empowers users to get the most out of life through actionable and distilled content. We're seeking a Product Manager who can champion product-market fit, own the strategy and deliver a hands-on approach to make significant strives. We’re a remote-first company, the candidate would preferably be based in the UK, Ireland or Spain.

Your Mission:
As Pitstop’s Product Manager, your mission is to drive the product's growth, focusing on enhancing retention and ensuring a seamless, impactful user experience. You will develop a detailed product roadmap, establish key success metrics, and take ownership of the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth & Retention Focus: Lead efforts to elevate Pitstop's product growth, emphasizing retention improvements.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Create a detailed roadmap, aligning with stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute plans end-to-end.
  • Success Metrics & Impact: Define and track key success metrics, fostering a data-driven approach to product management.
  • Full Cycle Ownership: Oversee your projects from ideation to design, through to the final test build and post-release, ensuring constant innovation and refinement.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-5 years in product management, specifically with B2C mobile apps. Wellbeing, behavioral, or subscription-based app experience is highly valued.
  • Analytical Skills: Hands-on experience with data analysis to uncover user needs and address product issues.
  • Communication: Native English speaking with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to articulate vision, lead teams, and work collaboratively across functions.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven track record of strategic planning, project management, and organizational prowess.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Passion for wellbeing, personal growth, and leveraging technology to improve lives.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve product-market fit with new B2C consumer products.
  • Strong grasp of product strategy and the agility to move faster than comfortable, acting as an instigator of progress.
  • Clear and concise communication, capable of distilling complex ideas for various audiences.

The Opportunity:
This is more than a job; it's an opportunity to be at the forefront of a transformative journey in men’s wellbeing. At Pitstop, your work directly contributes to our mission, making a tangible difference in the lives of men globally. If you're a proactive, innovative, and driven individual, we invite you to bring your vision and expertise to Pitstop, shaping the future of men's health and wellbeing.

Please apply and share with your community!
