Program Manager

Koddi Program Managers are the catalyst that helps keep programs and people growing. You are responsible for planning, organizing, managing and executing programs and projects from beginning to end. The scope and complexity of a program varies, but Program Managers do whatever is needed to make their partners’ programs successful, and make sure everything gets done right on time, the first time.

What you will do

• Oversees partner relationships regarding program management, feature development, testing, integration
• Plan, oversee and document all aspects of the specific program(s) you are working on
• Dive in and run all aspects of the business, regarding client onboarding for that program to ensure everything under that program runs according to KPI’s
• Work across the organization to make sure that the scope and direction of each program is on schedule and all stakeholders know the current status
• Analyze data and make decisions that affect your programs(s) on a regular basis
• Work across internal teams at Koddi to resolve issues — be the glue and get things done for a partner
• Work closely with the delivery teams to help us bring new products and solutions to market
• Run partner program QBRs
• Partner with customers on program strategy and alignment to client’s core business
• Be a partner champion - the face of Koddi for your partners and the face of the partner for Koddi
• Work closely with customers to grow their programs by increasing advertiser adoption and improving performance
• Coordinates and leads daily team activities
• Assists with management decisions and activities
• Solid management experience preferred

What skills and experience you bring

• 5+ years of technical experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Work experience preferably in the area of project management, technical business analysis and customer success
• Knowledge of software delivery and customer success processes, workflows and terminology
• Experience coordinating multiple business functions to resolve client issues and develop new services and solutions
• Ability to identify the business needs driving client requests and translate requests into a compelling product or service offering
• Fluent in technology delivery processes
• Fluent in advertising (paid search, display, sponsored listings, etc.)
• Experience reviewing Data feeds, API, data connections and troubleshooting
• Fluent in support operations like SQL, ZenDesk, SFDC - able to identify trends and solutions
• Broad experience in data management and technical basics
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Self-motivator with strong work ethic and the ability to multitask
• Organized with outstanding attention to detail
