About the Role

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Dubai, Australia, Japan, Singapore & Hong Kong.
We are currently recruiting for various locations, offering remote options. However, candidates must reside in the respective locations in order to be eligible. For example, applicants for the position in Dubai should already be based in UAE.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading growth initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence in the blockchain and digital currency field.

Requirements

Proof of Excellence: We are looking for someone with documented experience achieving results.
Language Fluency: The candidate should be proficient in English.
Extensive Network: Well-connected and deeply integrated into the business and crypto ecosystem. Looking for candidates connected to financial institutions, family offices, wealth management companies, trading firms, and trad-fi companies, especially in Dubai and EMEA region.
Customer Relationship Cultivation: Expertise in nurturing and expanding long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Blockchain Proficiency: Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of blockchain technology, enabling informed strategic decision-making. Are you not familiar with this field? Don’t worry - if you can pick up things quickly, you'll fit right in.
Qualifications: 5+ years of working experience in business development, preferably in the blockchain, fintech, or financial services sectors.
