Our dynamic growth is fueled by a tech-first approach, and now, we're looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to help continue our explosive expansion.
Your Role:
As a Senior Sales Manager, you'll spearhead business development efforts in designated states and provinces in the US and Canada. Your mission will be to connect with colleges and universities, promoting our innovative payment solutions and driving business growth. You'll have the exciting opportunity to travel across North America, participating in trade shows, conferences, and in-person presentations.
*Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling and networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to product demonstration, follow-up, closing, and implementation.
- Present our value proposition with clarity and enthusiasm, tailoring solutions to meet the needs of higher education institutions.
- Work closely with our product, technical, operational, and marketing teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and implementation.
- Participate in sales and marketing initiatives, including lead campaigns and market research.
*What We’re Looking For:

- A BA/BS degree is preferred.
- At least 5+ years of sales experience, with a focus on SaaS-based solutions.
- Proven track record in cold calling and outbound sales.
- High emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and strong judgment.
- Experience in consultative selling, with the ability to build relationships and tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce.
