About the Role:

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to manage and develop social media accounts for our clients. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging content, analyzing social media metrics, and fostering community interaction across various platforms.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support both our marketing objectives and client goals.

For This Role, You Will Need To:

• Manage social media channels for multiple clients, ensuring consistent and high-quality content delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed social media calendars for various clients.
• Provide clear guidance to the design team for creating visual assets for social media content.
• Produce and publish daily content in alignment with monthly content calendars and client objectives.
• Create and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness, audience engagement, and community growth.
• Build, manage, and track social media campaigns, providing weekly updates and preparing monthly reports for internal and client review.
• Analyze campaign performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations to improve social media, content marketing, and social advertising efforts.
• Ensure all content and campaigns comply with market-specific regulatory and compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with other teams to create high-quality written and visual content that drives community engagement and campaign success.
• Stay informed about social media trends and competitors, identifying new opportunities and potential risks.
• Apply the latest Web3 developments to implement innovative social media strategies.
• Monitor key social media metrics, providing detailed reports to measure success against client objectives.
• Create workflows, processes, and training materials to promote best practices in social media marketing across the organization.

Ideally, You Will Also Have:

• 3+ years experience as a Social Media Manager.
• Knowledge and understanding of web3 and Blockchain technologies.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for community engagement and brand advocacy.
