Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team and take charge of overseeing and driving the progress of our technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Intelligence (BI), SEO recommendations, and a solid understanding of JavaScript, specifically ReactJS and NodeJS.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report on project status to stakeholders.

• Technical Expertise:

• Possess a deep understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and tools.

• Provide insights and recommendations for SEO improvements to enhance our online presence.

• Proficient in JavaScript, with hands-on experience in ReactJS and NodeJS.

• Communication and Collaboration:

• Effectively communicate project goals, timelines, and expectations to cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

• Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

• Handle unexpected challenges with resilience and adaptability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence principles and tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in SEO strategies and recommendations.
• Proficient in JavaScript, with hands-on experience in ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Additional Skills (preferred but not required):
• Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
