Role : Senior Manager - Website Management

*Location: * Delhi (South Delhi)

*Report to: *Founders

Job brief:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial person who could lead the team. Manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a talented artist with operational expertise who can work alongside a team and independently in the creation, maintenance, and updates of websites for clients in a variety of industries.

Job description:

*** Website Development & Maintenance**

• Understanding the client requirements

• Scope of work for each new and existing website

• Setup of the project and milestone

• Work allocation to team members

• Provide clarity on the timeline

• Oversee the website project’s progress and deliverables

• Ensure that there are no scope creeps and bill client for extra work

• Do complete testing of the websites during launch and monthly routines.

• Setup various SOPs and checks

*** Website Development as per client expectation and satisfaction. **

• Collection the content by following the process.

• Check the content before assigning it for upload.

• Assign the work for the entire website to relevant people in advance and come up with a mutually agreed deadline for each person’s task and for overall website development.

• Understand client requirements, brand guidelines, and inspirations.

• Supervise the content uploads and ensure utmost quality of the website

• Raise the alarm if the deadline is not being met

• Set up the theme by being creative and pushing the boundaries of your own knowledge to create a unique design. If the theme is not getting accepted by the client, raise alarm to Management to ensure the deadline is being met and client satisfaction is sustained.

• Oversee and execute all the setup and integrations required for the website so there are no bottlenecks and the deadline is achieved.

*** Existing Client Website Management **

• Understand the client requirements and document the scope into an asana task.

• Confirm the scope internally and then confirm the deadline to the client.

• Delegate the work to the right team member by understanding their current workload and confirm mutually agreed deadlines.

• Keep an eye out for the work which is being done by the team member and raise alarms if there is a foreseeable delay.

• Once the work is complete, get management approval before sharing it with client.

• Raise red flag to manmagement as and when required

*** Recruitment and Department Building **

• Take the time to post, shortlist and recruit interns for your department

• Do their onboarding which includes tool’s training and task explanation

• Mentor them and guide them to do the work that you do so you can build capacity and can manage and build many more websites

*** Job Requirement:**

• Graduate / Post Graduate in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification.

• 7+ years of work experience in a similar role

• Expert knowledge of Adobe suite, Content Management, and Web standards.

• Great understanding of shopify platform, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Per Click (PPC).

• Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.

• Excellent content creation and writing skills.

• Excellent Project Management skills
